Before you measure, please make sure your fingers are warm. Cold weather tends to shrink your fingers. It is recommended to measure your fingers at the end of the day.

• Pick a ring that fits perfect on your desired finger.
• Measure the internal diameter of the ring.
• Use the below chart to determine your size.
